| My minor in college was "Art" in the form of photography. While I had to take such classes as art history, drawing, etc. I really enjoyed them. I gained an appreciation for fine art, cultural art, and much more. I had an awesome teacher that gave me encouragement to draw and paint. I never really felt that I was "all that" but she showed me that there was art in me just waiting to get out. My photography professor taught me form, composition, and method. He also taught me to release my creativity into my work. Using this knowledge, I was able to transform what would have been "just" a photo, into a work of art. So, what I'm doing here is not only making fine art available to every budget but also giving artists the opportunity to sell their work. For those who are do-it-yourselfers (like me), I've provided you with some resources...so browse to your heart's content! Deborah |
